Rent our covered picnic area with view of rolling pasture and a creek at the bottom of the hill. Animal experiences available as an add on. Restroom inside the red barn. No pets allowed.

Space includes seating for 40 guests.
Four 12’ picnic tables plus a round table with six chairs.
Also a 6’ table which is perfect for food or gifts.

Creekview is at the red barn.
Inside the red barn find a basic farmhand bathroom and our farm store. Meats raised at our farm are available for purchase as well as local milk and ice cream, produce, organic teas, tinctures, tallow skincare products, and nine flavors of beef jerky. Your event guests are welcome to browse and shop any time 10am to 6pm and during after hours rentals.
ANIMAL VIEWING
Nearby Farm Animals
Our beef, sheep, and poultry get moved daily to fresh grass and we won’t be able to predict exactly where Farmer Fred will have each animal group during your rental.
Often we have baby chicks in the brooder (inside the red barn) and there’s a viewing window.
Add on a 45 minute walking tour led by a farmer to visit and feed the pigs for just $45.
Want to meet the cows? We’ll move the herd to a pasture only about 200 feet away from Creekview and include a bushel of apples to feed them for $200.

Folks describe our farm as “comfortable” and “peaceful.” Enjoy an event space at this 140+ acre regenerative farm.
Rental Fees
$200 for any four hour block (includes set up and clean up) on Fridays or Saturdays from 8am to 9pm
$50 refundable cleaning/security deposit
$40 per additional hour from 8am to 9pm
*30% discount on rentals through 1/22/27.
Guidelines
Clean up after yourself. Put all trash and recycling in the provided bins.
Outside food and drink is welcome. Do not feed any outside food to our animals. Additional food and drinks can be found inside our farm store. Soon we’ll have beer, wine, seltzer, and hard cider available in our store.
No confetti, balloons, music, or pets. Help us keep the environment safe and comfortable for all guests and animals.
Power is not available at Creekview. We do have simple overhead lighting.

Plenty of free parking is available. Park in designated parking areas.
